Happy Pancake Day: Recipe for Healthy Banana Pancakes.


Prep Time: 1 minute.
Cooking Time: 5 minutes.

You Will Need: 
1 banana. 
1 free range egg. 
1tbsp self raising flour.
1 tsp almond and coconut nut butter. 
100g fresh raspberries.
2 tbsp golden syrup. 
Fry Lite Oil cooking spray.

1. Mash your banana into a bowl. 
2. Once you have mashed you banana until smooth, add your egg and beat until a smooth mixture is formed. 
3. Having combined your egg and banana, add your flour and stir until a smooth batter is formed. 
4. Heat your frying pan on a low heat and add a few squirts of oil spray. 
5. Once you can feel the heat through the bottom of your frying pan, add heaped spoonfuls of batter into your frying pan, making sure to space out each spoonful evenly. 
6. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown underneath and then flip and fry for a further couple of minutes until cooked through. 
7. Serve as a stack topped with raspberries, nut butter and drizzled with golden syrup. Delicious.
